Once upon a time we searched for old, damaged books to breathe new life into, transforming them into traditional Japanese decorations called kusudama. Tidying our studio the other day we came across a handful of these nestled away, and thought they deserved better than to be left hiding in their boxes!

This little one's bibliographic details have been lost in the studio, but the book was probably from the 60s or 70s and looks like it is about the history of opera in England. It is folded from 30 sheets of paper, is about 9 cm in diameter, and can sit on a shelf or coffee table or has a ribbon it can hang from.
