Hideyo respects your personal privacy. We believe ensuring the security of your personal information is an important part of our job. Your personal information is not shared with or sold to anyone for any purpose.
This site uses PayPal (including for credit card, debit card, and bank transfer). You do not need a PayPal account for this, you can make an order as a 'Guest'. You will be automatically directed to PayPal's site in the checkout process. After entering your information there, you'll be brought back to our store to complete your order.
Orders and Shipping
All prices on this website include shipping costs within Australia. Orders in stock in our Hobart studio are dispatched within 1 - 3 business days, shipping times will vary depending on your location and any corona-related effects.
An express post option is also available on request for orders within Australia.
Orders for photographic prints that require printing will be sent to the printers within 2 business days. Normally they will take 1-2 additional business days to be ready for shipping, in corona times this may be a little longer. Times for custom orders to be framed will depend on the order and will be discussed with the customer.
We can ship to most countries overseas via standard air mail. Tolls, fees or taxes not indicated in the total price may apply to international shipments. For international orders please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery, although we aim to have them processed and delivered in considerably less time.
We will happily refund or replace any items found to be damaged upon arrival. Please contact us with details before returning damaged goods.
